Abstract

Relationship is important for an individual as well as to an organisation. Better relationshipbrings the people closer and strengthen the mutual concern and care. In a businessorganisation amicable relationship between employer and employee leads to its growth anddevelopment. This paper aims to highlight the relationship oath taken by bride andbridegroom in Hindu marriage and its relevance to business situations. Integrity mutual trustresponsible behaviour, whole hearted participation would help the business organisation.
